Focus: Pull, Pack, Ship
The warehouse team member – Pull, Pack, Ship plays an integral part in the success of tasc Performance’s daily fulfillment operations. While specializing in Pull, Pack, Ship functions, all tasc Performance team members are flexible and adaptable to changes in the duties required on a day-to-day basis. tasc Team Members maintain positive, can-do attitudes and, when required, shift seamlessly into secondary duties.

Primary Duties

• Pulling, checking, and packaging online orders
• Pulling “Blank” & “Logo” B2B orders (includes pulling and packaging customer specific orders utilizing handheld device and documenting orders as designated by SOP’s and supervisor direction)
• Checking and packaging special orders returned from vendors
• Physical Inventory counts

Secondary Duties

• Folding clothing
• Repackaging returns
• Stocking
• Repricing
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Counting
• Writing
• Pushing and pulling of a pallet jack
• Utilization of step ladder
• Email utilization
• Ability to utilize job specific technology (training provided)
• Use of tape-gun, box cutter, utility cart
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment (heat, humidity, cold)
